- The client must provide clear evidence that the service was not delivered as outlined in the signed contract or agreement.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery deadline stated in the agreement.
2. Evidence Requirements
For a refund to be processed, the client must:
- Provide all relevant documentation, emails, or proof that the services promised were not delivered.
- Submit this evidence to the assigned Customer Support Manager for review.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the denial of the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed projects or deliverables that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Services where no verifiable evidence of non-delivery is provided.
- Expenses incurred for third-party tools, software, or advertisements as part of the service.
4. Refund Review Process
Once your refund request is submitted with the required evidence, it will be reviewed by our Customer Support Manager. The review process may take up to 14 business days. During this time, we may request additional information or clarification regarding your claim.
5. Approval and Issuance of Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the amount refunded will be based on the percentage of the undelivered service as outlined in the agreement. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
