Young10 Marketing is hiring a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with qualified prospects, understand their business needs, present the right digital marketing solutions, handle objections, and turn opportunities into long-term clients.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and business development teams to close deals for services such as SEO, PPC, web development, social media marketing, marketing automation, and other digital growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close qualified sales leads.
- Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and presentations.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
- Present Young10 Marketing services clearly and confidently.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing or service packages.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams during the client onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, closing, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience selling digital marketing or B2B services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
